The back frame of the Archibald stools is made from molded rigid polyurethane. The inner padding is made of soft molded polyurethane and polyester wadding. The seat frame is made of birch plywood with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. It is supported by an apron connecting it to the base. The seat is completely upholstered in leather or Pelle Frau® fabric. Archibald stools can be supplied with a wooden base with four legs, available in two heights, or with a classic metal leg. In the first case, the legs are made of solid ash and painted in Moka or Wenge, and there is also a stainless steel footrest. In the version with a metal base, the steel bar swivels and its height can be adjusted by means of a shock-absorbing gas spring, controlled by a stainless steel lever located under the seat on the right.
